
Several groups of elementary students met with officers from the Muskogee County Sheriff's Department today. We want to thank Deputy Scottie Goodman, Sgt. Jordan Turley, Investigator Kyle Turley, Deputy Darren Watkins, Sgt. Nick Orman, and Deputy Bryan Reyes for talking to our students for Career Week.

Ms. Keeton's kindergarten students and Mrs. Terrell's first grade students also met the fire fighters from Sequoyah County RFPD1. We want to send out a special thanks to Nick Martin, Bryanna Martin, and John Hicks for their presentations today.



Thanks to Mrs. Newcomer, Mrs. Dandridge, and Mr. Holt, students in 4th, 5th, & 6th grade visited with the fire fighters and got a tour of the truck as well.




Mrs. Sanders' third grade students also learned about firefighting today.


Mrs. Tipken's Pre-K students enjoyed seeing the fire truck and learning about being fire fighters. Thanks to Sequoyah County RFPD1, Nick Martin, John Hicks, & Bryanna Martin.





Mrs. Whelan's 2nd grade class has been busy today. They picked up trash outside the cafeteria, took pictures in career costumes, and then got to meet firefighters from the Sequoyah County RFPD1 (Asst. Chief Nick Martin and Firefighters Bryanna Martin and John Hicks).



More Pre-K field trip pics . . .




Our Pre-K class took a field trip to the park in Gore today. They enjoyed the beautiful weather and thanks to parent Kristen Chitty, they even got to pet some furry friends.


Our 3rd and 4th grade students have been busy this week, but they enjoyed the beautiful day outside during recess.



Mr. Beam also spoke to 3rd-5th grade students this afternoon about his job as a mailman.



Okmulgee Mailman Tim Beam spoke to our elementary students today for Career Week. This is his session with K-2nd grade students.

Mrs. Dandridge's 5th grade students took a group picture outside after taking their individual photos for Career Week. That's a good-looking bunch of kids!


Students in kindergarten, first, and second grade took a field trip to Wicked Willow in Sallisaw today. Hope you guys and gals have a great time! Thanks to Mr. Whelan for driving the bus.




Mrs. Terrell's first grade students are already thinking about their future careers. Looking great, kids! A special thanks to Mrs. Garner for the costumes and Mr. Hicks for the backdrop.

Students in K-6th grade were visited by local law enforcement officials today for Career Week. We want to send out a special thanks to Mike James, Wayne Cartwright, and Curtis Elkins from the Webbers Falls Police Department and Mike Mullins and canine Lobo from the Warner Police Department.





Due to the potential of severe weather this Friday night 11/4/22, the football game and Senior Night will be played on Thursday 11/3/22. Senior Night will begin at 6:30pm followed by the football game at 7:00pm. Please spread the word.

Senior Night will be this THURSDAY. Come out and celebrate our Senior Football and Softball Players. Ceremony begins at 6:30PM. Then stick around to watch the football team take on Quinton.
