
Webbers Falls High School would like to congratulate Blake Wyatt. Blake is the son of Chris and Rena Wyatt and the grandson of Wesley and Debbie Wyatt and John and Janice Russell. Blake has participated in competitive basketball and baseball since first grade. Blake is also a member of FFA. After graduation, Blake plans to attend Connors State College and begin his studies to become a wildlife biologist.

Incoming juniors and seniors should consider doing concurrent enrollment at Connors State College this fall. Their guidelines will be somewhat different this year due to the pandemic.


Funeral services celebrating the life of Mr. Hoy Parson, will be 10 AM, Saturday, May 16, 2020 at Timothy Baptist Church, 5530 West Okmulgee, Muskogee, OK. Interment will follow at South Bethel Cemetery in Braggs.
Mr. Parson taught at Webbers Falls Public Schools for 34 years. He was an outstanding math teacher and outstanding coach. He coached basketball, football, and track. He was well known for being a true fundamental basketball coach. Mr. Parson made a huge impact on many of his student’s lives, both on and off the field and in and out of the classroom. He was a colleague, teacher, coach, mentor, and advisor to the citizens of Webbers Falls and beyond. He will be greatly missed.


Webbers Falls High School would like to congratulate Taylor Trennepohl. Taylor is the daughter of Todd and Jayme Trennepohl. Her grandparents are Kent and Terri Merveldt and the late Charles “Bill” Trennepohl and the late Joyce Trennepohl. Taylor has been involved in FFA since eighth grade. She is also involved in 4-H, Student Council, and Yearbook. Taylor enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and, of course, her cows. After high school, Taylor plans to attend Redlands Community College followed by Oklahoma State University to pursue a degree in Agricultural Education and Agricultural Communications. After college, Taylor plans to become an agricultural education teacher in Oklahoma. If Taylor could share a quote with her classmates it would be, “Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.” - Dale Carnegie

Webbers Falls High School would like to congratulate Ronnie Taylor. Ronnie is the son of Carey Deal and Danny Taylor. He loves to fish and wants to become a mechanic. He also loves his daughter Maelynn.

Webber’s Falls High School class of 2020 will be having their graduation ceremony on May 23rd at 7pm. We don’t have all the details yet so stay tuned!! 🎉

Webbers Falls High School would like to congratulate Nickolaus Aaron Taylor. Nickolaus is the son of Stormie Taylor and the late James Taylor and the grandson of Doug and Jody Muskrat and Estella Taylor. His hobbies are virtual reality gaming, chilling with his friends, guild building, and occasionally writing. Nickolaus plans to meet up with a friend and build a business together. He intends to forge a lasting company he can be proud of.

Webbers Falls High School would like to congratulate Joshua Saysombath. Joshua is the son of Kaying Thao Saysombath and Vilath Saysombath and the grandson of Thongsy Saysombath and Kommaly Saysombath and Yia Thao and May Lor. Joshua enjoys drawing and playing the Viola.

Beginning on Monday, May 11th, parents or students may start returning text books, library books and/or audios, Chrome Books, and any sports uniforms they still have. (If you are turning in a Chrome Book, don’t forget to turn in your charging cord.) You can return these items in the lunch pick up line from 10:30-12:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays. If your lunches are delivered, have the items ready for our staff to pick up when they deliver your lunches. If you are not receiving lunches, you can still drop these items off on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you cannot drop your items off during the lunch pick up time, call the school on Monday or Wednesday between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and ask to speak to a principal. We will arrange a time for you to receive your items out front without having to enter the building. Also, if you have items in your locker that you would like for us to retrieve, you must call in advance so that we can have the items ready when you get here.

Webbers Falls High School would like to congratulate Edith Messer. Edith is the daughter of Candy Hammons and Michael Scruggs and the granddaughter of Linda Hammons. Edith loves spending time with her daughter Maelynn. She also loves animals and spending time outside.

Webbers Falls High School would like to congratulate Remington Hayes Kimbel. Remington is the son of Hayes Kimbel and Kayle Lane and the grandparents of Randy Mannon, Donna Lane, Toni White, and Thom Kimbel. After graduation, Remington plans to work for the Department of Transportation.

Webbers Falls High School would like to congratulate Racee Henderson. Racee is the daughter of Justin Henderson and the late Andrea Henderson and the granddaughter of Robby and Patty Henderson and the late Patsy Campbell. Racee was a manager for both the girls and boys basketball teams. She had planned to participate in track this spring where she would have thrown shot-put. Racee is a member of FFA, STUCO, FCCLA, and NHS. After graduation, Racee plans to go to Connors State College to pursue a career in nursing.

Webbers Falls High School would like to congratulate Wade Harris. Wade Austyn Harris is the son of Dusty and Lisa Harris and the grandson of Vito and Linda Delmedico and Barbara Harris. Wade has participated in basketball, baseball, and track since eighth grade. Wade is a member of FFA, Student Council, and was a Senior Class Representative. Wade is also involved in Rodeoing and FFA. When Wade graduates he plans to attend Connors State College and pursue a career in wildlife.

Webbers Falls Soft Seven participants excelled in the online state competition today. Chandler Cramer took 1st place and was named State Champion in the Mobile Multiplication Competition. Bryson Franco placed first in the Mobile Addition Competition and is also a State Champion. Bryson also placed 5th in the Addition Super Contest. Rose Jones took 2nd place in Mobile Multiplication, and Elliot Kunkel placed 14th in Multiplication. We are super proud of these students for their outstanding performance today. We also want to thank Mrs. Olson, who has volunteered her time after school for several years to sponsor Soft Seven. Dr. McCurry will present the awards to our students when school starts back in the fall.

Webbers Falls High School would like to congratulate Hayley Hammons. Hayley is the daughter of Robby and Christine Hammons and the granddaughter of Bobby and Diane Hammons and Nollen Taylor and Gracie Hunter. Hayley played softball until tenth grade. She is a member of FFA, Yearbook, and FCCLA. After high school Hayley plans to attend Connors State College or OSU IT and further her career in nursing and become an RN.


Webbers Falls High School would like to congratulate Candice Griffith. Candice is the daughter of Samuel Norma Griffith and the granddaughter of the Late Ted Webster and Edith Webster and Jerry Brown and the late Billie Brown. Candice has played basketball since third grade and served as team captain her senior year. Candice is a member of National Honor Society, Student Council, Future Farmers of America, and Webbers Falls First Baptist Church. Candice is also involved in Yearbook and Agronomy. When Candice graduates she plans to go to college to get a degree in business and hopes to one day own her own business that rolls in a lot of money.

Webbers Falls High School would like to congratulate Shawn Fullen. Shawn is the son of Heather Cook and Jason Fullen and the grandson of Doyle and Janet Fullen and Nancy Bryan. In high school Shawn participated in several sports, including baseball, basketball, and football. Shawn is a member of the Webbers Falls FFA and is also involved in rodeo. When Shawn graduates he plans to travel on the road with Billy Waltrip and fight bulls; later he plans to attend college and pursue a career in pipelining.
