Yesterday and today, we received several truckloads of office furniture from Staghorn out of Tulsa. This tremendous donation was made possible by Phyllis Spurlock and Debbie Williams. They sent a phenomenal moving crew who unloaded and set the furniture up for us. We were so excited about receiving all these nice items that we forgot to get a picture until they were almost finished. Thanks to all those involved in getting these items to Webbers Falls. Our offices and classrooms looking amazing!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - Wednesday & Thursday at Webbers Falls School. We need trucks & trailers and people who are willing to load & unload books and furniture in the sweltering heat. If interested, be at the school any time after 8:00 a.m. on either or both of these days, and I will put you to work. Heavy lifting is involved. Bring plenty of drinks to keep yourself hydrated. Thank you!

A big "Thank You" to Barbara Sovereign and grandson, Dave Crane, from Shawnee delivered teacher resources and gently used books to our school. They stayed the rest of the day and helped clean and carry furniture into the school. Feeling Blessed!

Tracy Richards, Warehouse Consultant for Tulsa Public Schools, has been organizing and sorting a giant text book and supply donation for our school. Today, Joshua Salamy, Mark Chambers, & Rusty Zumwalt of BSN Sports out of Broken Arrow volunteered to deliver this colossal load of books. They made two trips from Tulsa. It took the entire teaching staff some time to unload these two loads of books. Words cannot express how much this donation means to us. Tracy, thank you for all your hard work this summer getting this shipment of books ready. BSN Sports, thank you for donating your time and your vehicles to get these books to our teachers. We could not have done this without you.

Pastor Sam Dunn of Warner First Baptist Church delivered a load of filing cabinets and a desk on behalf of Phil & Sandy Ross, previously of Warner, but now of Stillwater. Helping unload the donation were Jerry Ward, John Hicks, & Talon Weaver. Thank you!

Darrell & Barbara Mantooth brought a load of supplies and teaching resources on behalf of their daughter Stacy Buford, a teacher at Chisholm Public Schools. What a nice gesture! My teachers have already gone through the items and decided who gets what. Thanks!

Lisa Turtle, who happened to be in the area today, dropped by a load of school supplies from Long Prairie Baptist Church in Little Kansas, Oklahoma. Thank you for thinking of us and send this gracious donation down our way!

We received a trailer full of nice office desks from Karen Richards of Sallisaw. They were delivered by Drew Fullbright. Helping him unload were Barbara Sovereign and Dave Crone from Shawnee, who dropped by the school today to lend a hand. Also providing some muscle power to unload these desks were WF teacher John Hicks and WF student Talon Weaver.

This morning, Bobby Ogg took his semi-truck to Haileyville to pick up donated desks, chairs, and tables for our school. Webbers Falls Assistant Principal Jordan Garner, along with teachers Rodney Smith & Jimmy Wilkett, went along to pick out the items and help load them. They also got some much needed help from some students and staff at Haileyville School. We want to send out a special thanks to Superintendent Roger Hemphill for making this donation possible. The Webbers Falls Warriors wish the Haileyville Warriors a successful school year!

Sunday afternoon, Troy & Kathy Johnston delivered a load of teaching resources and school supplies from several teachers at Leisure Park Elementary School in Broken Arrow, where Kathy is also a teacher. Thank you, fellow teachers, for supporting our teachers and school.

A big thank you to the teachers of Pryor Public Schools and Principal Leanne Ballard for the boxes of teacher supplies. Teachers understand what it is like to start with nothing. Teachers helping teachers. Feeling blessed!

Today, several Webbers Falls teachers made a trip to Alice Robertson School in Muskogee. Because of the generosity of Muskogee Public Schools, we were able to load three trailers, two trucks, and one Suburban full of school furniture items. We plan to make another trip next week to get the rest. I want to thank Eric Wells of MPS for making this generous donation possible. I will get some pictures of the items when they are placed in our new classrooms. Go Roughers!

Denisse Ramos & Paula Thompson delivered a nice load of school supplies today on behalf of Ramos TaeKwonDo of Tahlequah. The school supplies were donated by their students. Thank you for your generosity!

Yesterday evening we received a special delivery all the way from Louisiana. UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) sent 336 school kits for Webbers Falls students. United Methodist churches throughout the world donated supplies and made the bags for the school kits we received. The bags and supplies are assembled and inspected at UMCOR's Sager-Brown headquarters in Baldwin, Louisiana. The local United Methodist Women of Warner were instrumental in getting our students these bags and supplies, and they are very excited to see them go to their neighboring students in Webbers Falls. Some of these women were present to help us unload - Rose Olson, Belinda Wallis, and Linda Sparks. We also had a group of WF staff and family who helped us receive this generous donation.
