Due to the distance of Waukomis our first round playoff game and the staffing issues it creates for our school we will pivot to a virtual day this Friday the 15th. We will swap this day with the April 8th virtual day that was already on the school calendar.

In honor of Veterans Day, all veterans, either active duty, retired, reserve, or national guard will receive free admission to the 1st Round of the Football Playoffs on Friday, November 15th, courtesy of the OSSAA Board of Directors & Gateway Banking / Mortgage.

We would like to recognize Chloe McGuire as being one of the Essay contest Youth awarded to the 2024 IAC Youth Track Annual Conference. We are proud of your hard work, passion, and dedication! The Youth Track at the 37th Intertribal Agriculture Council’s Annual Conference, will be held December 10-12, 2024 at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Way to go Chloe!

On Friday Webbers Falls Public Schools said goodbye to Tammy Baer. Tammy was a long time school employee and will be greatly missed. While we are sad to see her go, we are excited for her and the opportunity she has been presented with. Webbers Falls Public Schools will miss you Tammy Baer!

Kiayah, Emily, Paizley, and DJ went to Muskogee Teen Center to volunteer. They cleaned up trash and helped create a life size interactive Candy Land game.




Reminder that our annual Veterans Day Program will be on Monday at 12:30 in the gym. Lunch will be offered to veterans in the cafeteria at 11:30.


Student Council is hosting Penny Wars next week! This competition sponsors our annual Warriors' Christmas gifts for all students & staff. Start checking under those couch cushions and get your coins ready this weekend!


Friday night’s football game has been moved to 6:00 due to potential weather delays. Senior Night will now begin at 5:30 . If it’s raining at that time, ceremonies will be moved inside the Event Center.

The next national ACT testing date is December 14, 2024. The deadline to register is November 8, 2024. There are a limited number of fee waivers available for juniors and seniors who qualify. Please see Mrs. Mills for information on fee waivers.

Created in 1992 by the Legislature to help more Oklahoma families send their children to college, Oklahoma’s Promise was originally designated as the Oklahoma Higher Learning Access Program. The program is administered by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be an Oklahoma resident.
Must enroll in the 8th, 9th, 10th or 11th grade.
Must be a student whose parents' federal adjusted gross income does not exceed:
$60,000 with 1 or 2 dependent children OR
$70,000 with 3 or 4 dependent children OR
$80,000 with 5 or more dependent children.
