During the 2022 legislative session a new scholarship and incentive program for aspiring educators, Inspired to Teach (I2T) was created. Inspired to Teach offers qualified Oklahoma college students an opportunity to earn scholarships and benefits. Program participants may have to opportunity to earn up to $25,500 as they complete their Educator Preparation Program and teach in Oklahoma. High school seniors planning to declare a teacher education major at an accredited Oklahoma institution of higher education can apply for the program during their final spring semester. Please visit https://okhighered.org/otc/inspired-to-teach/ for more information and additional resources.

Beginning with the 2024-2025 academic year, seniors in Oklahoma public high schools will be required to complete and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to graduate. The FAFSA website will become active for the 2025-2026 school year on or before December 1, 2024. We conducted a safety drill during our HS lunches. We were NOT in an active intruder lockdown.

Our phones are still down this morning, we apologize for the inconvenience. This issue has been reported and is being worked on and we hope to have this resolved soon!

We still have no ETA on the power being restored and have made a decision to release and run buses at noon today. Students will have lunch before they leave. If you have a younger student and will not be able to make it by this time please call or text 918-990-0798 or 918-557-2361 or 918-773-7608 as soon as possible and we can try to make other arrangements.
After school will also be canceled for today and all students will need to be picked up by 2:00pm.

We are monitoring the situation and we will let you know when we make a decision. Lunch is being provided and we will let you know as soon as possible about any other changes.

Electricity is currently out at the School. We will let you know when it comes back on! Phones will be out of service until the electric is restored!

Due to potential severe weather, today's elementary basketball games at Stidham and the HS Academic Meet have been canceled.

What a great weekend for Cheyanne Herrier! She set another all time XC PR taking 8 seconds off her Regional PR. She proves work ethic and determination can accomplish goals. She beat out 80 competitors and the lightening! It has been an honor and a privilege to coach such an amazing human. Excited to see where her future takes her.

You think it's Halloween. For us, it was the last cross country practice. It's the end of an era. Cheyanne was my first, my most consistent, my most dedicated, my best high school cross country athlete. Come watch her run state on Saturday at Edmond Santa Fe High School at 2:55pm.
