Request for Proposal (RFP) for A Fixed Price Contract for providing food service management services to the Webbers Falls School District can be picked up at Webbers Falls Public School, 200 S. Stand Watie Blvd, Webbers Falls, OK anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. or it can be emailed to you. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Proposals are subject to all the conditions and specifications stated in the RFP and will be received at the address above and shall be marked on the envelope “Food Service Management Proposal #___.” Proposals will be received until May 21, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. for supplying Webbers Falls School Food Authority with food service management services during the 2021-2022 school year. Established Cherokee Nation Health Services patients can call 1-539-234-4099 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday or go on the patient portal online at https://health.cherokee.org/patient-portal/ to schedule an appointment for vaccination.
For the non-Native public needing a vaccine, they must make a chart for an appointment and have an address in the 14-county reservation. They can make a chart at https://health.cherokee.org/patient-registration/
Cherokee Nation Summer Youth Employment Program
The Summer Youth Employment Program provides youth ages 16-24 with work experience in order to prepare them for the working world. To qualify, participants must be a citizen of a federally recognized tribe and reside within the tribe's 14-county jurisdiction.
Qualified students have been given the applications. At this time, there is not a deadline, however, the soon the students complete the application the better.
